Do you like Caramel Apples? Caramel is definitely one of my weaknesses, and always has been. Caramel Extract works well in my world because it can give me the flavor I love so much without the carbs and the sugar – a decent compromise, I’d say.
This recipe can actually also work with apple sauce (we like to make our own), about 1/2 a Cup.
