We all need a little boost to our metabolism, right? 🙂 I have always had good metabolism, and then I entered my 30’s, and while my 30’s have been awesome… there is a noticable drop in metabolism. Nothing major, but since I enjoy all of the things on this list anyways, why not give myself a little boost?!
Do you know of any other good ones? I included what I feel is very basic, accessible for all of us.
