Some of my fellow Beachbody coaches and I are running a clean eating group to help people get healthier, and learn that clean eating IS NOT boring, bland, gross, or any other unflattering adjective. Sadly a lot of people believe that clean eating is all of the above, and it couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, I have found that my tastes changed as I eliminated a lot of bad stuff from my diet. I tasted more, things have more flavor… I assume its because I wasn’t being bogged down with processed stuff that doesn’t even really taste like food.
But this is one of the many recipes we shared in this group, so I thought this would make a great Tasty Tuesday post! This is not one of my own recipes (hence why you see the recipe source given credit), but it’s really tasty and easy to make!
Does this sound like something you would try? Do you like beets? I LOVE them, I get it from my Mama… she loves those things and they are so yummy! I grew up very much enriched in fresh fruits and veggies, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that – as it stands right now, the only veggie I have tried multiple times and still dislike is broccoli rabe – cant deal with the bitterness! Outside of that, love me my veggies! 🙂
