I have gotten my coffee consumption down to about 8 ounces a day, in the morning… I may not ever fully be off coffee but I feel like my consumption is under control π

I have to rediscover my love for tea. I used to drink it all of the time, but somehow lost my taste for it.

I am not one that is crazy for hot beverages (in true New Englander style, I drink iced coffee year round!), so outside of iced tea, I typically only drink tea when I am sick. But there are so many wonderful variations and benefits to tea, I am trying to branch out a bit more! π
