Tip Tuesday – Tea To Lower Blood Sugars

Today’s tip for Type 2 Diabetics: Unsweetened black, white, and green tea can help lower your blood sugar within as little as a half hour. Green tea supplements also have a positive effect on blood sugar levels.

      1. I am not one that is crazy for hot beverages (in true New Englander style, I drink iced coffee year round!), so outside of iced tea, I typically only drink tea when I am sick. But there are so many wonderful variations and benefits to tea, I am trying to branch out a bit more! πŸ™‚
