So, I LOVE when I can find a tasty replacement for an otherwise overly indulgent snack. Don’t get me wrong, I splurge and treat myself here and there because as I have said, I feel like that’s the best way to keep myself from overdoing it. But I ALSO love when I can enjoy something that FEELS super indulgent, but isn’t quite as bad for me.
This is one of those recipes. I don’t think its smart to eat it every day, but boy if it doesn’t hit the spot when you are craving something like this…
Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt Recipe
- 5.3 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 Pinch of Salt
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy your cookie dough greek yogurt!
-If you do not like honey, you can substitute 1 tsp of stevia
-You can use vanilla flavored Greek yogurt instead of adding vanilla. I prefer to use plain Greek yogurt to avoid the sugar content of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt.
