What are you doing today to reward yourself for your clean eating, working out on a regular basis, making strides towards health, etc?
It’s important to take a little time and treat yourself, whether it be a massage, some new workout clothes, a little dessert…. no need to overdo it, but it is always nice to reward yourself after some hard work; it helps inspire you to continue to put forth the effort.
Today I think I will take an hour out of a busy day to read a nice book – no, not a business book or a personal development book… just a good read.
