So if you follow my blog, you know I am a regular drinker of Shakeology. You might have read how my experience with Shakeology has been amazing. As with most things that I eat/drink, I pay attention to the Glycemic Index.
Shakeology is certified Low Glycemic. It has a 24 GI rating – which is fabulous. It’s nice to drink after a workout, to refuel and replenish my body after an arduous workout, and knowing it won’t spike my blood sugars sky high is awesome.
