Today I did Tony Horton’s p90, after not doing a formal workout yesterday due to doing Pump and some shoveling the last couple of days.
I wanted to give my body a little time to heal. I felt it necessary, especially when I had been feeling dizzy the last few days when I put my head down (something my smart, holistic healer friend tells me can be the result of a lot of shoulder/neck tension/stress and fatigue.)
Once again, I’m glad I actually listened to my body (and my friend who helped elaborate upon what my body was trying to tell me)
