My workout today was Pilates Fix, from the 21 Day Fix. I LOVE Pilates – in fact, I still have my first Pilates DVD “Pilates for Dummies” from when I was much, much younger!
Felt good to get in a nice, effective workout, while lowering the intensity from where it’s been lately. My body needed that!
But as I’ve been up since 3 am due to allergies hindering my ability to breathe well, I was sleepy after. What better place to take a mini-nap than my yoga/Pilates mat?! 🙂
